HARIE Gets to Know You
Onboarding
Before HARIE can create your training plan, it needs to get to know you. The onboarding takes just a few minutes — but the information you provide here is the foundation for everything that follows.
What Is Collected?
Personal Data
Birth year, gender, and body weight — these basics help HARIE realistically estimate training loads.
Age and weight influence things like running pace recommendations and strength exercise intensities.
Running Experience & Current Fitness
How often do you run per week? How many kilometers? Do you have a recent 5K or 10K time?
So HARIE doesn't plan too much or too little running volume and sets your pace zones realistically.
HYROX Experience
Have you completed any races? If so, what were your times and splits?
Race data reveals strengths and weaknesses at the station level — training planning builds on this.
Goals & Race Dates
Are you targeting a specific race? Do you have a time goal or just want to improve overall?
Race dates define the periodization: buildup, intensification, tapering, and recovery.
Performance Level
HARIE estimates your current performance level based on your data — from beginner to elite.
Your level determines training volume, intensity, and the complexity of exercise selection.
Why This Matters
Generic training apps ask your fitness level on a scale of 1–5 and throw a template at you. HARIE uses your actual data — race splits, running volume, equipment access — to create a plan that truly fits you. The more accurate your inputs, the better your plan.
