Availability
HARIE doesn't just plan five sessions per week and hope you have time. You tell it when and where you can train — HARIE fills the slots with the right sessions.
How Does It Work?
Define Weekly Slots
Set which days and times you can train — e.g., Monday 7–9 AM, Wednesday 6–8 PM.
HARIE needs to know how many and how long your training slots are to distribute volume and intensity correctly.
Location Per Slot
Assign a location to each slot — e.g., Monday at the gym, Saturday outdoors.
The location determines available equipment and thus the possible exercises for that session.
Overrides
Got a scheduling conflict? Override individual slots for specific weeks without changing your base schedule.
Flexibility with planning reliability — HARIE adapts to your real life.
Why This Matters
